I’ve used U-Haul several times never have I experienced anything like I did this time the location I used I was tricked into paying for a full tank of gas when the truck I was given was on empty from the first time driving off the lot only drove 15 miles from that location no way I used a full tank ?? When I refused to fill it up the guy refused me gas cause also the location was a gas station as well he threatened to call the police and said he’s feeling the truck and charge the card on file witch he did ! Worse U-Haul experience ever someone needs to check into this location he’s definitely doing it to other costumers!

The person that was working at the store was outside drinking alcohol as I walked up. Took him a long time to prepare the paperwork and get truck ready for pick Up even though I did it all online
