Clean and maintain the vehicle. The passenger seat was covered in dog hair. When I mentioned this to the attendant they said, "Oh, someone else complained about it too. Yet nothing was done. This is the third time i rented from this location and each time there was no wiper fluid. Very dangerous for driving especially at night.Kevin F.

My pick up was scheduled for 11am. The location was closed and locked and there was no employee to give out the keys. After numerous calls, I was told the employee was "running late" and wouldn't be there until 12 noon. I was not given keys and able to be on my way until 12:15.Christina N.

It's a store so therefore understandably the people are unfamiliar with uhaul equipment and operation. Uhaul accepted our request for 8am pickup but store doesn't open till 10am. No notification about that from uhaul. I was told by a rep that uhaul should verify hours before confirming a pickup time. I was also told by uhaul that a picture of my trailer hookup to vehicle was needed for insurance purposes. That never happened either. Drop off was great! Pickup 👎Robert M.

My issues were less with the location (which was convenient but not a uhaul owned center), than with the uhaul experience overall. The online ordering was easy but totally inefficient and disconnected from the corporate reality; it was difficult to get humans on the phone or to get accurate information. Moving is a stressful enough process but the most stressful part of this move was dealing with uhaul.Caroline G.

I reserved the uhaul for 730am and had to wait 2.5 hours until the store opened to receive the truck. I had to reschedule the entire day. Why give me the option to book for 7:30am if I can't pick up the truck? I intentionally chose this location b/c all other locations couldn't guarantee the time frame I needed.
