The store spoke to us like we were dumb. They scolded us several times for doing online check in. The online check in was difficult. I will never use that location or online check in again

Starter didnt work. Truck very dirty. Lady at the gas station counter made it exceptionally hard to rent. She wouldn't let me return it without personally showing me all my pictures in the uhaul app. That is not her job. Thats why I chose everything mobile. Terrible experience
Hyatt SUnhappy that UHaul changed our pickup location TWICE, eventually landing on this location that was 30 minutes out of our way. The pickup and drop off via the app were extremely cumbersome. Being that we were in the middle of nowhere for pickup, I was surprised to have any cell service. Not sure what we would’ve done without service and not being able to use the app to take a million different photos of the vehicle to submit. Unlikely to rent from UHaul again.
Wanda AThe owner of the store forged my signature on an authorization form. She also changed the a.ount of my reservation and authorized my card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. Rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior from employee at the store. This company needs to research and investigate who they allow to represent them. I will NEVER attempt to use Uhaul ever again.
Maranda ROffer some credit for the extra gas or something since I had to go out of my way to pick up the equipment so my mileage added up I didn't get it until 2:34pm but I had to have it back at two. I was at a U-Haul facility so why should I have to pay the additional 10 dollars one-way bc the facility didn't have it?
