Customer service from Uhaul was horrible This is the second time I experienced when trying to rent - The location I received was a different location than where pick up actually was. After almost being forced to go to a location that was 10 miles away I was able to figure it out on my own. The location I chose was intentionally as it’s less than 2 miles away. I have rented many many times from Uhaul and spent lots of money over the years but the last few experiences have been the worst not only with renting equipment but the storage facilities as well l. I will explore other options in the future.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at the Boulder North Broadway location. The morning of the pickup, I was told that the location had changed to a store in Broomfield, CO, 40 minutes away. When I returned the truck later that day to the North Broadway Boulder location, they had no fewer than 10 trucks on the lot of the size I ordered.
