Check-in went smoothly but when we went out and spent 15 minutes to follow the check-in process, we noticed one tire pressure was in the 60s well below what it was supposed to be as well as the dashboard showed stabilittrack needs to be serviced. We were traveling from Colorado to California and clearly didn’t want a truck that already had issues with traction and safety before we even left the parking lot… Not sure how this wasn’t checked out ahead of time. Luckily, they had an extra truck which was much newer there so the Location had to call into U-Haul to switch all of our paperwork to the new vehicle, which was luckily available… so it was definitely time-consuming.

Dan HHave more than one person on staff during busy hours and have the maintenance done on the vehicle. The A/C wasn’t working all the time and it was about 100* during daytime driving for 1/3 of the trip
