It took over 20 minutes to check-in. I asked a chat agent the day before if I could do this early and she said it would take no time at all. The lock wasn't easy to open.

Kelly HNice Lady, BUT really does not know the system to help someone coming to pick up a truck. This is a combo mail box, UPS, and a U-Haul rep.
Phil KI left the more gas in the van than I started with and they charged an extra 11 dollars for gas anyway
