The place was great and the workers very helpful but our reservation got moved around several times and when we got here we were told our rental was actually at another location but our movers were waiting so we took a larger truck for a higher price. We were given 73 miles from pick up to drop off but our total trip was 70 miles. We were told we could drop off at any location closest to our new home. However, we went to that location, which was a mile away, and they stated it was $699 to drop it off at any location and stated dispatch put us at a location 45 minutes away! So we were then charged $90 in mileage charges to drop off at what location I haul chose. Be careful with uhaul- they are scam artists. The guy at the counter took my key and threw it. vehicles could be cleaner. there was mud caked in various places through out the van. but the biggest reason to not recommend U-haul is the app, it is not easy or intuitive, and doesn't work if the location has lousy signal for phone or wifi.Tim S.
Truck was not clean. Obvious damaged was not marked including a dent in the top right corner over cab that had created an exposed area. Individual was more concerned about talking on their personal phone than helping me. When asked for paperwork for the rental he said no you get an email. Extremely unprofessional. They have no business representing Uhaul.Jason G.
When we returned the truck (3 days early), we were told that we would receive a confirmation e-mail and a receipt within 20 minutes. We waited a day and did not receive confirmation of the return. So we drove back to the drop-off site. This time, they had us speak with their U-Haul representative, and we did eventually receive the receipt. We should not have had to go to this length to get this receipt. Your return process is obviously subpar.Elliott R.
I had a technical error. The website was telling me one location the app was telling me this one. I called to confirm my truck after going to the wrong location and the guy who answered the phone was of little help. I was only 15 mins late from my schedule appointment and he made it seem like I was going to lose my truck.Justin K.

Truck was dirty and damaged that wasn't tracked. I turned the truck in after 3 hours and got charged for a week. I've spent 5 hours trying to get through to customer service and have yet to talk to anyone.Kyle H.
The truck was extremely unsafe and had the driver side mirror duck taped on. This truck was the worst that I have ever rented, so bad that I had to return it early due to concerns for both legality and safety.Chere L.
I was overcharged by 100 miles. The employee didn't even show me the contract with the mileage rate before giving me the truck. I took a photo before leaving the parking lot of the mileage and upon returning. I would like a refundAndrea C.

Better customer service the guy tried to give me a truck with a engine light on and insisted I take the truck knowing it had the engine light on, he was an idiot and the truck was filthy had trash and looked like someone spilt a drink and didnt clean it up and it barely had any has in it will definitely not be renting from uhaul ever againAlonzo L.
First he asked if I need any pads boxes dolly all that good stuff,I said no I'm a Proffesional mover I have all that don't need anything other then the truck. Then he gave me the keys and that's it, I came back to him telling him about the driver mirror it's louse,said don't worry about it, tolled I need you to note that on the inspection,he said I can give you at tape to tape it. Ok when I came back to drop off he said I will send you a bill. I said no I need one now the he gave me attitude, Didn't tell me how much is the total and he sent me an email,when I looked at it he did over charged me 10$ I told him he said it's not my job call uhaul..yara yara yara so on. If he was onset and said he did a mistake I wouldn't be made that much. Thank you.Livio S.

The cleanliness of the equipment was barely acceptable. It was dirtier than any other rental I've ever rented. The cab did not look like it had even been wiped down with a clorox wipe... There were a lot of sticky spots. This is especially concerning because of covid.Taylor G.
Worst U-Haul service ever. They barely spoke English. Just handed me the key and pointed to the truck. Upon arrival at my destination I found the bed was full of blankets which I had to unload and reload to get my load in and out. Upon return the vehicle was not inspected. I was not given a final receipt and later found out I was charged for two days, not the five hours I had the vehicle. Then I had to find time with customer service to resolve this. Pain in the ass. Lose this dealer, a convenience store, and do yourself a favor.Joseph H.

I rented the truck for a friend. They turned around and charged his credit card not mine. I had discussed this in depth with the uhaul person who assured me that this particular thing wouldn't happen. I'll stop there but know my frustration hasn't been resolved yet. The site where he picked up the truck said he didn't care about previous conversations with uhaul he was charging there card. So currently equipment was nice customer satisfaction was not.Aaron H.

Worst experience of my life. I've already filed a BBB complaint against Compark Convenience (the first I've ever filed) and will file one against UHaul if your Area Sales Manager doesn't call me by Tuesday. I've never dealt with more dishonesty and unprofessionalism in my life. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again and will use my sizable network to discourage friends, family, and colleagues as well. I've also been charged multiple times so will be putting a cc stop and perhaps filing a report with Douglas County Sheriff against Compark Convenience (as an agent of U-Haul). You guys are awful. One employee did not know how to even return the truck and I had to wait for someone else for help the. I did not receive a breakdown of charges or anything and when I asked for a receipt he said I would get one by email. And there is not a number I could call that was easily available other than the location numbersMegan R.
This location was 25miles from my home. There are several Uhaul locations much closer to my home. Very inconvenient pick up location.Jay G.
