I didn’t get the dolly I ordered and I think I was charger for it twice.

EDWARD RThe air vents were very dirty. I turned on the AC and quickly turned it off when I saw how disgusting they looked. Also they seemingly claimed damage was done to the rear passenger side. Any damage to the van I rented occurred before I rented it. I must've rented at least half a dozen trucks from uhaul before and I've never had to deal with such a ridiculous circumstance. Between being in a rush and not having to defend myself from such audacious accusations in the past I neglected to take pictures of the van before I took it. I'll never let that happen again because apparently you never know when they'll try to stick you with a BS damage claim.

JOHN MU-Haul app is horrible! Tried to return truck though app and took all pictures requested and it kept saying error message over and over! Was there for over 30 minutes and finally gave up and put the keys is return box and left. Please fix your app system!!!!! Hope this helps anyone who needs to use this app for U-Haul
Mona WThe after hours return process was not good for the facility. UHAUL was great but I could not return the U-Haul back to its spot. I was not given a code to enter the gate and had to get in contact was with the company and they weren’t able to let me in either. This caused me to return the uhaul 30 minutes late. I’ve had a ton of rentals in the past and this was probably the most frustrating one.
Melvin PI have used Colmpass U-Haul several times. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

MELVIN BUsed compass 2 years in a row at this location. This is the first time to rent a U-Haul truck and it was fantastic. Than you Compass storage for making a move less stressful.

Maya BNot double charge customers.when truck was only for 9 hours. Fix your gas gauge filled the tank to half at service station but unless truck is moving the gas gauge doesnt show half tank and the representative will charge you extra for gas.
