Donald McLaughlinPlease test drive the trucks before renting them to people. The truck I had would barely go to second gear. The RPMs would go between the 2 and 3 and the truck still hadn’t changed to second gear. Talk about the absolute worst anxiety. I drove with the emergency flashers on. I did let April at the location know about the issues with the trust. She assured me that she would get it checked out. She is very kind, professional and their office is well kept, as well as their grounds.
LAURISE TATEThe information on the paperwork was incorrect and the person renting the van didn’t want to change it. I was given bad information and mislead. I took the van anyway because I was in a hurry. The gas hand was at 3/4 of a tank and not full. I was told I would get a credit back for what I paid in gas. But never received that information in writing. This is another horrible experience with uhaul in less than 12 months.
Keisha BullockApp was not working when we were picking up truck. We had to call to call center for them to fix it from their end. The agent that needed to approve the pick up said DL was matching and kept us trying to doing it all over again just to say at the end that indeed was matching. We wasted a lot of time trying to pick that truck up. Location was not the problem.

Joe WardThe employee, April, was very pleasant and helpful. The U-Haul app has a map function which directs you to the wrong location. April helped me over the phone to the correct location and was apologetic about the map error. She said she would report it for correction along with getting the two minor vehicle problems I encountered fixed.
gary hornThe online check-out was not working. Also, if it had been working, I was not sure how I would get in the entry gate to get to the truck. Fortunately, there was someone in the office who handled the check-out.

Steven SmithI have used your service 2 times before recently and was very pleased with the experience. Mary Ann was very professional, respectful and kind. That is why I went back. However, my experience yesterday was the total opposite. The salesperson was not very friendly. She told me the truck was close to full of gas and to bring it back full. I did not understand what she meant by that, so I took a picture of where the gas needle was, and it was just a little over half tank. We drove the truck less than 5 miles and put $10 worth of gas it. When I received my receipt, she charged me $20 for 4 gallons of gas! I called and complained and asked her to remove the gas charge. She hanged up the phone on me. This is not a good look for your company because you are losing a customer, and I will dispute the charges. I have a receipt for the exact same trip last week and it is different. What a shame for so little money! She is your area sales manager. I recommend getting rid of such a mean person. plus, this is theft! Thank you.

Clayton DukeShouldn't change the location when it was confirm. My pick up location was in acworth [Baker] not Kennesaw. There was a truck parking in Baker. I had a call saying there was none?? Now I had to pay someone to drop me off. In kennesaw 😒

My moving team and I had great difficulty using the vehicle for moving because our shoes were literally sliding around on the floor. It was a very unsafe truck rental condition. I was very upset.

Marion BuntonI wasn't able to make my deadline. I didn't get it unloaded till about 2hrs after my drop off time and the drop off location was already closed. When I did turn it in the next morning, the lady waived the late fee. I really appreciated that. I was moving, and moving is stressful enough. So that's was very nice of her to do that. I had a similar situation with Penski a week prior, they also waived the late fee so if Uhaul didn't, it would have been the last time I rented from uhaul. My next rental will come down strictly to cost. The people I dealt with Augusta and Kennesaw were awesome. If I had to critique either, it would have to be unreasonable. If they dropped off (and/or picjed up) the trailer or if the initial cost was cheaper. But those aren't really reasonable. So I have zero complaints. Thank you for being awesome uhaul.

Kenneth FordWorking at a uhaul center previously and then seeing the standard that the dealers have is just piss poor. They need to do better about keeping the truck clean and actually having good tires and wiper blades on it. Not to mention the head lights didn’t work.

Michael PickelsOur rental truck cabin smelled strongly of pet urine. While my husband mentioned this to me, I didn't pay it much attention while we were going through the check-out process; but it turned out to be a horrible way to travel 1100 miles. The check-in process gave me the option of clean: yes/no. We left it cleaner than we got it, but we could not remedy that smell (left by someone before us). I did not see an area for comments, so there was no way for me to let you know via the automated check-in process.

Denise ManacoplGas gauge was less than what was shown. The shroud seal on the engine compartment is allowing heat to blow in during the travel making it very hot in the cab. Had to run AC all the way on a very cool day.
JERRY SchmidtThis is the second time I've rented a UHaul truck this year. In both instances, your software didn't work properly. Somebody needs to focus some attention on getting this stuff working correctly.
