I booked the reservation online and selected no insurance. They charged me the insurance. I am waiting for a call back from Uhaul to rectify.

Daanish CThe customer service Representatives at Computer & Satellite Inc were very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location. The one hiccup is not being able to make a left-hand turn onto Derry when you leave the parking lot. You have to go out the back way.

SANDEEP SWay too far off pickup location. U haul changed my pickup location without asking or informing which caused me almost extra 100 km. Caused me more time and I faced inconvenience because my original booking was just 2 min walk from my london address from my original destination from where I had to move . The customer support and scheduling department needs to work things properly and at-least let the customers know or at-least help them . U haul should compensate for the inconvenience faced.

FAZAL KFolks at the location are professional. Truck had an issue with the door. This is the second time in a row where I booked a 15 foot truck from 1200 aerowood and was moved to another location. Only on this occasion the truck I ordered wasn’t there. Only a 10 foot was available.

SURINDER SWorst Experience. They changed the time 1 day ago, and give us the very late time, as we already reserved our convenient morning time for pickup. And also change the pickup location to a distant place without any notice or consent. Wasted all of our time. Worst experience. We got late delivery and that is also from the far away location.
