I reserved a truck about a month prior to needing it from a location right by residence. A week before the date U-Haul changed my pick up location about 20 miles further. That morning as I drove by the original location I saw the same exact truck I wanted to rent in the lot. When attempting to reach the location I was told to go to I could not access the facility due to road closure. Once I found a way to get to the property I was informed on the app to get the key out of box “B”. Well there was no box “B”. Only 1, 2, and 3, with only 1 & 2 having locks on them. The code did not work for either one of the boxes. I had to call the U-Haul number and speak with a representative who was incredibly helpful and gave me a different code which worked on box 1. This whole process threw my schedule off and was frustrating. Also the app was incredibly slow. This was not a good experience. Thank you.
