I was on the phone trying to get ahold of someone for two hours since the location was closed during our pick up time. Nobody on the phone could help me until the last person responded and walked us through the verification steps that was not working prior. She was super helpful and was able to bypass the prompts on the app that were not working for mobile pick up

NEAL WHad some issues with the Android app when picking up and dropping off that led to some delays. After clicking on the link to pick up/drop off the vehicle, I think there was a "Let's get started" button it showed, but clicking on it didn't do anything. Finally got it to come up I think a different way (maybe going back to the app home screen and clicking on the reservation there?) for picking up. For dropping off, it wouldn't come up in the app and staff on-site helped go through the drop off instead.
