I requested mats to keep my furniture clean and from scratching. No mats were provided. They took about 15 minutes to verify me. The location was put further away then the original reservation. I lost about a half hour in extra driving and waiting for that verification. This location change cost me miles, which cost me money. I'm not thrilled with the experience. The cost of the mats was taken off, but the scratches on my furniture is my problem now. Thanksâ€¦Noah H.

Rental price is too much. Thought it was going to be $100.00. After all the BS was added ended up south of $150.00. Have my own trailer but for $100.00 I'd save a trip home to get it. Not next time.JOHN B.

System went down, spent 45 minutes on phone to set up new rental. Concord staff work hard and did everything they could do to help. Kept apologizing for the delay and the mess with u haul system not working. Got several wrong messages and texts even after picking up the truck. I only went inside because I wanted to do a cash depoist but the u haul employe on the phone ignored me and use my bank card. Was not a fast and easy processJanet W.

The Concord Rental location was very friendly extremely helpful. The original pick up location (Federico Tire) did not have the truck that I had reserved for the day. FT person was helpful in calling around to find the size truck needed and available for use.Michele B.

Workers couldn't use new system. And the credit card reader didn't work as my card had to put in manually by the check -in worker which exposed me to potential virus... guy was cordial but had no idea how to work systemBOB D.

On the first day that I phoned customer service to inquire about a rental, the woman I spoke with was very rude. She didn't want to give me her name when I asked who I was speaking with, and she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about a unit I've never rented before. I've never experienced an attitude by any other u haul dealer that I've rented from. They need to work on their customer service skills, not a five star review by any means for her. The gentleman when we picked up the unit seemed annoyed as well, but he warmed up a little. Again, not the best at customer service. If they are short staffed, that is an easily solved problem - hire people who need a job. I was disappointed that this dealer is so close to home, but they just aren't appreciative of doing business with people it seems. Sorry I had to leave such a poor review on customer service. Maybe they will learn - better be soon or people will take their business elsewhere.ROSEMARY E.

Man who inspected my truck came in and said the truck was damaged and didn't have any check marks or something. Made me feel like I had damaged the truck when I had not. I explained I had no idea what a check mark was and that I was only texted pictures of the truck to confirm the picture matched the truck. The truck was obviously leaking gas from an issue it had when I picked it up, and yet I was made to feel like I was at fault for other things on the truck that were all clearly on the photos of the truck I acknowledged when I picked it up. Woman behind the counter was very nice and clearly concerned about the gas leak. Probably would use Budget Rental next time only because of the gas leak and the man who made me feel like I was the problem.William C.

I informed this location of a problem that was very annoying and that was possibly a tire out of balance or a wheel-this only appeared when the speed was upped to over 55 which happens quite often when taking Interstate highways. I know the signs say 55 but that is very unreasonable to expect in this day and age.JAMES K.

Crile Rd was an emergency fill in. The Station St location in Mentor was what we originally contracted for, but to our dismay, the truck was not there when we went to pick it up at 7am. on 1/20. The emergency line found the Crile rd truck for us and gave us a $50 credit. The change in venue cost us an extra 16.8 miles in mileage for which I think we should be reimbursed because of Uhaul's failure to fulfill the original contract. Please let us know when you will pay us back for the original mileage.

Personnel should become familiar with u-haul pricing and other aspects of the rental agreement. We went ahead and rented the vehicle out of necessity then clarified our rental agreement with the 800 number. I was relieved to find out we had an extra day, had 61 miles included in the rental and was quoted $100 more than it should have been.CHERYL M.

This drop off site was closed when i arrived, which was not a problem. The problem was that this business had closed gates to the entrances. I had to leave the truck parked at the side of the road outside the gates. Another truck that had been left at the side of the road was already there, but there was just enough room for me to squeeze in the truck I had rented. There was no key drop anywhere around the building. I had to leave the keys in the mailbox outside the building. I would not use this site again!Brian S.
You can have the equipment closer to my start location or don't change the price with the different location that was less convenient. Quoted $483.00 When I was asked to change my pick up location the price for the same equipment jumped up to over $543.00. Rental looked like it changed to a broker "Mariana Goldweber" became the renter on my receipt. Shouldn't have taken out insurance, the rental wasn't in my name!!! Couldn't back out of rental with the last minute price change! Too late to change to Budget or Penski. Had I known that you would change the price after quoting it I would have gone elsewhere to begin with. I don't think this is Concord Rentals fault. Agent or Scheduler change price and didn't say a think just you need to pick it up at a different location.MARIANA G.

Your web site as well as your people at UHC OF CLEVELAND Regional Traffic Office are useless. The problems I encountered with both will cause me to never use Uhaul again. Your dealer that I rented from was fantastic but Uhaul as a company is clueless and too stupid to deserve my business.Mark H.
Tammy is excellent. The gentleman who did my paperwork on the Saturday I picked up didn't want to look up my prior quote. He talked to me with a cigarette behind his ear. Ended up wasting 30 minutes because he didn't know what he was doing. He was very unprofessional. Will never use Concord Rentals again.JOHN F.

Overall experience was poor. Was not told I had to fill for gas, wasn't explained the different fees I was paying (even am when I asked), wasn't allowed to keep the truck for the time I requested because the location closed earlier than what was reserved online, and didn't have a drop box, and ended up paying 75 dollars more than I was originally aware. Customer service was below average, and I have no desire to use UHaul again if that's what I have to put up with everywhere.COURTNEY V.
Despite the confusion from uhaul corporate which told me several things that were not true about a 24 drop off and even the time I was supposed to drop off the store was not even open, the workers were very nice and helpful.
