only 2 things we would say is we were told our trailer could be picked up there. Day before pick up we got a call that they didn't have one and we were going to have to drive a half hour out of our way to get one. I complained and they got trailer to our pick up place. So I would say let customers know where exactly they will be getting trailer. Also let them know what the wiring hookup is for lights. We were not told and husband had to go home to get correct one needed.John W.

Returned this in an open lot on the 27th of May. Lady at Dillinger's stated that she would go back to office and would email me my receipt. A few days later, I did get an email, but it was I returned the trailer at 9:00am on May 29 -- again, I returned this around 2:00p.m. the same day that I rented it.Terrence H.

I was scheduled to pick my uhaul up at 10am and didn't get in the truck to leave until 2hrs later.. That's the first ridiculous part. Second the lady at the place messed up something and my card kept declining so I had to walk to an atm to pay in cash and that cost me an additional 100 dollars down that I won't see back for a couple of weeks if ever. The lady running the place didn't care in the least and could have offered something as simple as some money off but I got nothing.. Except rained on while moving cause she put me 2 hours behind.. Most awful experience ever and I will make sure everyone moving knows not to go through Dillengers in Conneaut lakeMICHAEL W.
The truck air conditioning did not work The truck brakes squealed bad The gas tank has a hole in the top splashing gas out. Did not notice this until I was backing up in the driveway.Barry S.

It was all okay and much hard work was put into finding out how we could move our piano, but it took a very long time to get things done. For instance when I went up there to rent the trailer it took over an hour and when I came back the next day I was still there for another hour. When you are in a rush this is not good. The uhaul site crashed making it lengthy for Paula to get through for the information needed. She was a little behind but did a great job not one customer was angry you have a very good employee there!I would recomend this Uhaul to others.Kim H.

I rented a 10 ft. Truck which displayed mechanical issues. I made it to moving address but feared driving it at that point any further as it really pulled to the left hard and also smelled as if it had a transmission problem which eventually did show signs off & on during the drive. There was no information about the different buttons on the dash-board, except for sticker notice about the tow on/off button.. There appeared to be cruise because there was a +/- switch on the gear shift but no engage-button to turn it on/off that I could discern; no instructions on the gauges or buttons.ted M.

Location was difficult to find. It recently moved and the visible signs from the street are still at the old location across the street. There are no visible signs at the new location. The key drop box is still located at the old location and there is no key drop box at the new location. In addition, the staff had no idea or record of me dropping off a truck today. I had to show them my contract to prove that I was at the right location for drop off. I did mobile drop-off. It was also not marked where drop offs should occur, so I parked near other U-Haul vehicles on the lot.Perry M.
