JEROME CUpon arrival we came to a location that was extremely hard to find. Had to stop at businesses near by to find out where to drop off our 26’ UhAul truck. When we finally found it, the lady in the office was extremely confused and not expecting the rental unit at all. She had to contact the owner on the telephone. She then requested that we got back into the rental truck and parked it for them so it was parked where THEY wanted it. She did not look it over and or check the gas level at that time. She did not have me sign anything. Just gave her the keys. When I was contacted by the owner at a later date in regards to the fuel level, I explained the pickup/ drop off concerns. She did not care and said I would need to take it up with UhAul or the pick up location. Very disappointed and unprofessional. We could have easily gotten $5 of gas in it and then would not have been charged an additional $60.
