The security of the whole area just felt kind of sketchy to me (I picked up later at night), like there wasn't a whole lot of lighting and the lockbox was in an odd area of the lot that took me a minute to find, and it was farther away from the building in a darker alleyway. I would recommend moving the lockbox closer to the main building where there's more light and you're more in-view of security cameras for the property. It was a safe experience, but it didn't feel particularly such.

John FThe agent was having trouble with processing. I was on a time restraint. First, he said my name was spelled wrong. Then he said that the program wasn’t accepting my ID, it just seem like excuse after excuse he had to call to talk to somebody for an override. But not only that but I was waiting about a half an hour before I can be service and there was only one person ahead of me. I think I would rather go to U-Haul only next time so I don’t run into this issue again.
