beverly pPot holes, nails, everywhere, looked more like a place out of mad max. The owner met me in the parking lot, cigarette hanging out of his mouth.
Chad CI went over by 4 miles and was charged for that. I accidentally left a pair of Oakley Sunglasses on the sun visor and when I returned 45 minutes later to the location I was told that they were not in the vehicle. The vehicle was not there for me to check. The gentleman that checked me in was very professional. If you check my history I have used U-Haul several times over the years, but I will not be using U-Haul again. I will pay more for another vendor next time. I was very disappointed this time with my experience. If someone wants to talk to me about it I would open to a conversation.

DEBORAH SBEWARE OF DISHONEST U-HAUL Dealer!! Charged $168.31 for one day instead of 19.95/day. We picked a truck up at 10:28am on Friday and started the drive up to San Marcos it was shaking badly and hard to drive so we returned it for another truck. All this took extra time so we called U-HAUL three times to let them know we were going to need it a little longer than 24 hour. We called (830) 914-0530(Friday @ 4:10pm & 4:12pm and Saturday @9:47am w/ a message) When we returned it at 11:20am David said he lost 10 customers because we returned ONE truck an hour late (with of course no grace for the extra time it took us to return the other truck that was not road worthy).

Unexpected charges not mentioned are unethical.Also, no type of credit was given, for filling up the truck with gas, beyond how you received it.I will seek out other arrangements next time I need a rental vehicle

JOSE VThanks for being there to get me out of a pinch with my car! My only recommendation is for the U-Haul Corporation to add more vehicles being towed to its drop down in the system. I have a classic Austin Mini Cooper and it doesn't show up in the system. Is there a way U-Haul can incorporate “other†within the category?

KELLEY AAll of the gentlemen who I had the pleasure of speaking with at this location were very nice, accommodating, professional, and friendly. Very approachable and kind. I do not remember the names at this time, however they were working on Saturday the 15th of 2025. If i am ever in need of uhaul services again, I will definitely be returning to this location. I very much appreciate the help and professionalism of the gentleman working on the day I was in dire need of a uhaul truck. ESTHER DTrailer was clean, the Contigo Rep was nice and got everything done quickly. The trailer was clean and worked well, but had obviously been heavily used. There were various dents, exterior stains, etc. Not Contigo’s fault.
