Thanks for being there to get me out of a pinch with my car! My only recommendation is for the U-Haul Corporation to add more vehicles being towed to its drop down in the system. I have a classic Austin Mini Cooper and it doesn’t show up in the system. Is there a way U-Haul can incorporate “other” within the category?

This location representative needs to be more transparent with line item pricing. Unexpected charges not mentioned are unethical. Also, no type of credit was given, for filling up the truck with gas, beyond how you received it. I will seek out other arrangements next time I need a rental vehicle

All of the gentlemen who I had the pleasure of speaking with at this location were very nice, accommodating, professional, and friendly. Very approachable and kind. I do not remember the names at this time, however they were working on Saturday the 15th of 2025. If i am ever in need of uhaul services again, I will definitely be returning to this location. I very much appreciate the help and professionalism of the gentleman working on the day I was in dire need of a uhaul truck. They were definitely gentleman who were swift and up to the task of ensuring that I had all i needed. Thank you kindly. LaceyRae Redding

Trailer was clean, the Contigo Rep was nice and got everything done quickly. The trailer was clean and worked well, but had obviously been heavily used. There were various dents, exterior stains, etc. Not Contigo’s fault.

We participated in the ride share program for Uhaul transporting a trailer from Plano to Temple. Your dispatch people were overzealous in pressing us for an arrival time for pick up. I got so mad, I almost told them I wasn't going to do it. Our trip was a two day travel, they harassed me on day one that started from Illinois on what time I'd pick up the trailer on day 2. When I scheduled the rental, I wanted an extra day at the end to unload as I had no idea what we were getting into. We weren't able to get our house keys until 12:30 thanks to the title company. I called Uhaul scheduling to confirm when the truck was due back. The rep said the next day at 10am. I asked if we could add a little time to that deadline and explained the circumstances. He said the only way we could add time was to pay for another full day. No thanks. We pushed through the stress and pain of unloading, not terrible for a 100% disabled vet, and dropped the Uhaul off at the required location. We had to park on the street because the lot was so full. So much for a shortage of trucks at that location. After that interaction with your jerk of a scheduler, I don't plan on renting from Uhaul again.

Virtually no parking. Only one, albeit exceptional, employee so we had a long wait to pick up our trailer.

Place was great and person was very helpful. Hated the fact that I had to pay for 5 days and only needed 3 days. then Uhaul is texting me to return truck so someone else can use. Seems unfair that I had to pay for 5 days and someone else is using it paying also. Uhual is making double money off 1 truck.

Dirty car lot no room in office for handicap ppl truck was junk pulled to the left if you hit a rock turn left and you have to fight the steering back to the right to go s1traight

I called to see if there was any trailers available on the spot I was answered promptly and came in right away and was in and out in 10 minutes. I love the guy there we had our own inside joke. It was a pleasure to have meet y’all and hope to see y’all again.

Trailer was filthy when picked up. There was garbage and animal pellets everywhere. Guy tried to get me to believe there was something wrong with the port on my truck by immediately telling me they could fix my truck. He continued to tell me there was something wrong with the fuse and my truck. I took the cable from another trailer, hooked it up and it worked fine.

Words can not say how awesome they were. I had my truck break down and Area Manager Seth Miller did not hesitate to help get the empty trailer back to the drop off point! Unbelievable service and great humans. Uhaul lifer here.

My first truck had a worn front right tire, they had to locate me another truck. Truck was clean but second truck had a blown left parking light. People were very courteous.

Wasn’t open, doesnt have solace to return. All had issues with return process, so wasted a trip trying to drop off. Still have the trailer, need to bring back another day because they are closed on Sundays as well.

I was greeted right away. I was able to have my reservation pulled right up and the equipment was clean and ready. It was already in a location that made it very easy for me to access it. Convenient location close to major highway and easy access.
