I booked the car with specific rules and fees, but when returning it, they added extra fees that were not applicable, and then promised to remove them, but nothing happened, and the extra fees were not removed.

Azada AThat was awful, I reserved the vehicle one night before previously when I got there the guy who was responsible to give me the key, he wasn’t able to find my name so it took almost 20 minutes to find my name for him so I lost my time and then he didn’t even bother himself to shovel in front of the car so I stuck there for 10 minutes again and then he appeared and tried to shovel. Poor customer service, I tried to call you guys but no one answered and the car was so bad, not clean . I will never go to this location .
