It definitely had more gas than when I got it. And everything was returned. Having to call to figure out what that's for just isn't even worth the 15.00. So may return in a different location next time. This rental experience definitely has come with some frustrations!!

JAN B.I ordered a 10' truck for a few hours to move some furniture to my new house. I ordered a day in advance, and in my order, I requested a furniture dolly, furniture pads, and a hand cart (as I was going to be moving several heavy items by myself - some of which were breakable). When I arrived the next day to pick up my order, I was told that they didn't have any of those things at this location - all I was getting was the truck. Then I was ASKED if I wanted the additional charges for those items removed from my bill... To which I been obviously answered "yes". I was very kind to the woman working the office as I know this was not her fault. But my Lord what a terrible overall experience. My move ended up taking twice as long, and being twice as difficult. And if I had been made aware ahead of time that they weren't going to have that equipment, I could have made other arrangements.

Russell D.The truck we received was filthy inside and out. The cab had what looked like chunks of cat food and spilled drinks in it. My hands got dirty from something on the steering wheel. The box had not been swept out. There were someone else's rental blankets in it, and they were flecked with dead grass or hay. It's almost like no one checked the truck before they sent it out with us. Very disappointing.
Terry C.When arrived I was greeted but was just told to park the uhaul and could leave. I was asked if I needed a receipt I said yes. Then he said he would email it to me later. I wanted to walk around the vehicle with him to make sure everything was clear and I wouldn't get charged any random fees. I was randomly charged with a $25 cleaning fee. The vehicle was in perfect condition with nothing in the back or in the front of the vehicle. No trash or anything. So, I'm not sure why I would be charged $25.

tom B.I am very disappointed, because I was issued a 10' truck that didnt have a working latch. This was dangerous and a HUGE inconvenience to me since I had to pull over and try to secure the roller door that kept popping open whole driving. I had to use a bungee cord that was being used to secure a fridge I was hauling. Vehicles should be CHECKED before being hired out to customers!!

Jerry H.I actually meant to book reservation at the Mallory lane location. I prefer it because it's closer to my apartment, next to a gas station, and full service to buy boxes, dolly, moving supplies, etc.

Dasha M.Not my original location. Scheduled pickup at other locstion, because earlier pickup available (2 hours earlier). Notified 2 days before pickup of change. Also, when picking up truck, found new location did not have appliance dolly and packing blankets that I reserved. Not their fault, clerk said they never had it. Delay and much time wasted trying to find a dolly and return home for blankets/towels. Again, this is Uhaul's fault via app, not location. Based on this, will seek out any possible Alternative before using Uhaul again

Clint M.Ensure USB ports / power sources are functional. My truck had USB ports that were pushed through the dash and I was not able to power my phone, which was needed for GPS purposes. Truck was clean and worked perfectly other than that.

Robert G.The people working at the time of pickup was really young. The guy asked if I wanted him to hook up the Uhaul to my vehicle. I said yes. I have been using that Uhaul location for the past 10 years. They have automatically hook up and unhooked my Zuhaul equipment during every encounter. If I had to hook up and unhook my equipment, I would go elsewhere. He was a young male kid. I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing. He was also asking his female co-worker if what he was doing was correct. He shouldn't be working there. I won't be using his services again. Mitt confident my equipment was hooked up correctly.
Hulet T.I was scheduled to pick up a 10' truck at 5:00 am. It was behind a locked gate and didn't have the code to get in. I was able to chat with someone online to get the code, but then the key wasn't left for the truck, so I was not able to use it.

TEDDY B.Unfortunately, I had to wait for over an hour for an employee to arrive to rent me the truck. I waited in the hot sun and made 2 separate attempts to call the corporate office to get a manager there to finalize my rental. I was assured both times that a manager would be on site within 15 minutes and in neither case did that occur. When the manager finally did arrive, he had VERY little interest in providing good customer service. He didn't even walk me to the truck I was to rent. Honestly, this ranks as the lowest of all of my experiences with U-Haul. I chose U-Haul precisely because I've had such great success with the company. In this case, however, I would not recommend this location to anyone without change in management.
ALLISON A.They didn't have any furniture pads. The original invoice showed a charge for the pads. I went in to get it corrected and he said there was no charge but then my final invoice showed the charge. I was also Then for some reason I was charged for 2 rental periods. Even though the facility was closed and it was after hours and I was assured I could return it when I was done.
ROGER B.The truck was pulled in forward. This location requires a backout and turnaround. I have a CDL which is the only reason I was able to complete it. The location has space available for the truck to be put into a straight pull-out.
