I rented a truck on a Sunday. I was told no one would be there for the the return, and to put the key in a drop box. When I received my final receipt, there was a $20 "after hours return fee" added. I was not told I would be charged extra for returning the truck after the shop was closed.Joshua M.

I reserved at this location because I wanted to rent a cargo van and the location proximity to the airport. No van available when I arrived at my reserved time. They substituted a 10' box truck. Many broken/non working items (windshield weather stripping 12â€ loose and not holding the windshield, broken muffler bracket, windshield so dirty inside and out that sun glare on it because a dangerous situation, smelled like dog and dog nose prints in the inside of the passenger window). Location is VERY difficult to find as it sits behind another business. Not easily visible from the street.Pamela S.

Super easy access, friendly staff, and vehicle was in good condition. Only thing I'd recommend is for maybe all of the vehicles to be on a full tank before they go out, so the renters don't have to guess at the pump when filling it to something like 5/8, but I understand that they may not have time if that's how the previous renter brought it back. Overall, will absolutely be using this location again.Ian R.
The truck was not clean. Windshield was filthy and tank only half full and the back "moms attic" had dirt all over it so I had to clran it when I got home before loading. Both USB connections did not work and had bits of glass on passenger floor.Philip L.

Equipment was not ready for pickup when scheduled. When finally hooked up, turn signal did not work and wire had to be replaced. Finally left nearly 2 hours past my original pickup time.David B.
The trailer had debris in it that a leaf blower could have easily and quickly taken care of. One of the gentlemen who helped us acted like he didn't want to be there and was somewhat rude to customers.Laura C.

Well I chose a truck on this location because it was a self pick up When I reached the location, the guy told me that the person in charge just left and he can't do anything for me. So I had to call uhaul services who was really helpful and nice and postponed it till next day I was surprised when I came the next and I saw the same guy (the one who told me he can't do anything) and he finished the process for me. He could help me the key with few seconds and just let me go but he didn't. He was the worst agent I have ever dealt with. He had a bad behavior towards me I will never deal with this location whatsoeverWaeel A.

I would never go back to this location. Marcus was the worst person I have dealt with in regards to Uhaul. It reflects poorly on Uhaul, and that is not how Uhaul should be represented. I was overcharged and treated poorly.Amanda V.

location is hard to find. a little more signage would help. the uhaul office is behind a building with one small Uhaul sign on the door. small stuff, but it would make it a little easier to find.Michael B.

Despite being 30 minutes later that the posted opening time and having to stand outside waiting, the owner was kind and helpful when he arrived. There was no inspection of the vehicle prior to renting and it was damaged on literally every side, the drivers seat was torn to pieces, the visor was laying on the floor board and it revved very "hot" then entire time. I hav never been treated so poorly. We pulled in to drop off the truck - no one came out - the uhaul building was locked so we were going to park it and leave it. My friend was backing it into an empty spot. The representative came came out of the building so I went over to greet him and told him we were putting it in the spot to get it out of the way. He said, â€œI wish he hadn't done that.â€ Then I told him I didn't receive the furniture dolly. He said I would need to get with Uhaul. Ok. That's fine. Then he asked me if I folded the blankets and I said no. He very condescendingly said if you read the sign you'll see that you need to fold them or we charge $25. After my friend parked the truck, he put the key in the Dropbox. I let the representative know. A few minutes later another customer came to tell me that after I walked away, your rep said, â€œput it in the nightdrop box, stupidâ€. He was cranky, disrespectful and I would never deal with him again and will certainly tell others. Also, he charged me for another day. I was able to keep the truck until Sunday according to my contract. I need a refund of that charge.Amy N.
They had no idea I was coming even though I had talked to them only hours earlier, the vehicle was filthy and reeked of spoiled milk. I found trash including an old bottle of a protein drink which must have been the source of the smell in the cab.christopher S.

My trailer had broken lights and someone was supposed to fix. I had to drive over 900 miles for a week with broken lights. This was completely unsafe and should never have occurred. I would not receive uhaul to anyone again.Jared S.

The battery was not in good shape I have to wait like 30 mins to have a boost but did not check the battery and the electric system if it was in good condition or better replaced it, I just parked the truck out of the location 10 mins and it was not responding again, the mechanic guy was total nasty to talked to me as a customer, I went inside to talk with the manager and the owner they didn't care at all, what he said was better to return the truck and go someplace else, or if something happened call the road assistant Ph#. having 3 more trucks of the same one I rented. If I paid for a service, I'm supposed to. receive what I deserved. not good battery, not good manners of take care of customers, not totallly not interest to take care of U-haul customer..JOAQUIN V.

When i rented this tow dolly i said it was one way and gave the drop location. they did not inform me that it would be an additional 90 dollar charge to drop this dolly at this location. i feel that i been taken advantage of and over priced. i would have never rented this dolly if i would have known it was going to be this expensive.CHESTER B.

They could not raise the traiker hitch up high enough and tried to blame it on my hitch, but it was do to.their negligent that it was not able to be raised. They placed the trailer stand in sand. Had to get a car jack to raise to put on my hitch. ShadyByron S.
The man that did our pick up of truck and return was repeatedly rude and told us they were a mechanic shop. He continued to spread oil absorber in 2-3 locations even though he saw us standing by the truck where the sign said leave equipment here and stay with equipment. I have never had a problem prior in renting trucks and equipment. He also charged up for fuel even though we put gas in to bring it to where the fuel showed at pick up.Marcie M.
The GPS ping for this location was no where to be found. We walked around all over the property. We were at the right spot, literally looking and touching the U-Haul and buildings. I called customer support and talked with Jake Cooper for 53 minutes to manually figure this out. Absolutely ridiculous. Jake was helpful and clearly it was not his fault. But it shouldn't be that hard to find the GPS location. And yes, I know how to work my iPhone and my location settings where on and correct. This location needs a sign or something stating where exactly to stand for the GPS to be picked up, when the auto shop is closed. This delayed my pickup an hour and made me late to my pickup. After this hour and inconvenience nothing was even offered to compensate my time. I will not ever use a mobile pick up spot or recommend this option to anyone. The mobile pickup procedure is horrible. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with U-Haul just to be able to pick up my truck that I had already reserved. The woman said she'd extend my hours of usage so that incident wouldn't eat up my usable time with the truck. I returned the truck using their online drop off procedures after driving 20 miles and having the truck for 4 hours. Two days later they're charging me for two days rental and over 140 miles of usage. As far as I'm concerned U-Haul is stealing from me. I'll be taking this story to my local news station. I returned the equipment on February 21st at 11:q18 pm local time. They charged me almost 200$ Extra and dis not check equipment back in until February 28th. I am very disappointed with this. They must correct this mistake and send me correct invoice. I have took pictures to prove that I returned equipment in timely manner, at the same location, in clean and condition.Jay J.

The location is difficult to get to, and you have to drive up a narrow driveway through a gate to get to the office. There's not much room it maneuver a large truck up there. The man in the office was very nice though. Just a sketchy location.Lauren B.
