I wasn't informed when I made the reservation, a month ago, that I was not allowed to use Visa debit. This resulted in last second urgent accommodation on my part. The credit card user did not receive the $100 deposit I am owed. I need that back. It is not a tip. I am disappointed by this experience. I will not be using uhaul again.

I realize the cost of vehicles and everything else has increased over the years, but the advertised price of $19.95 is very far from the actual cost. I'm not disputing the cost of the rental, however, if I were really expecting a cost like that, I certainly would have been very disappointed. I personally have no problem with the total cost, but am getting a little tired of companies wavering on the line of false advertising. The advertised price is just way too far off in my opinion. Other than that the truck was great, the service was great, everything went great, but the cost expectation ruined the experience. So, yes I would recommend the location, but don't believe what you read and what that means is simply, the advertised price is false advertising in my opinion.

The truck had blood all over the inside above the cab. The state of the truck was disgusting. I have photos. I would like someone from uhaul to contact me. There is only one person working the convenience store and running the uhaul desk. She couldn't leave the store so there was no inspecting the truck together prior to leaving with it...

have your trucks full of fuel instead of quarter of a tank, easier to get the right amount of fuel when returning.

The process of picking up and dropping off the truck was slick; using the app with photos was fast and easy, even at night time. The billing was not so easy to understand. I may reach out for clarification of charges

Staff was great. Very nice and helpful. When I returned the truck she had just closed for the day but she unlocked the door and offered her assistance in spite of that. There was an error on my bill so I called the main number. They contacted the branch manager (Marcel) who messaged me the very next day to get more information. By the end of the day I was notified of my refund. All in all, despite the error your staff stepped up and provided exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Changing the location for pick up No gas station to fill up near location One had to drive to another town for gas fill up More milage added was unnecessary Very polite spin picking it up More money than I not warned about Next time will hire movers Hoping to save money by using U-Haul Planning to use U-Haul in the future as well

Only problem I had was there was only a half tank of gas and they said it was full.

Pick up and drop off were both very quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable!
