The clerk was ok at best. I had an issue with pricing, mileage and over charged. He was busy and told me to contact uhaul. I trusted the information on miles and was charge $104 to take a couch 6 miles to the goodwill. It was 45 minutes in total. Then I get a call from uhaul telling me to return the vehicle. I guess I returned it too fast. Even the clerk thought something was wrong when I came back. $100.... I canceled all my other uhaul rentals after this experience.

First I want to start with I book and reserve a U-Haul which is $19,99 when I get there they tell me the one I reserve is not available because someone crashed it and they can’t rent it so I have to upgrade and get the bigger one. Not only did I have to rent the bigger and pay the difference because I really needed the U-Haul they tried to tell me the gas was at a level that was not. They made me sign the paper but I took the picture before and told them that’s not what the gas was. The U-Haul had a bunch of trash in the passenger floor.

Terrible service and felt discriminated and tried to charge me for a drink I brought from also gave me the dirties truck way in the back where it was stuck between two other trucks and he had remove on of the trucks to get it out very horrible experienced compared to other Uhaul facilities

When I picked up it was 1/2 gas . I requested to top off the gas where I could return it with top off . But they didn’t. At the end I returned van wit 1/2 gas but they charged me for extra gas . Greedy people

I was surprised how clean the truck was. Easy to find location

The cleanliness was pretty average can’t complain. The issue I had was the alignment, the steering was so off and I had to time to go back for a new vehicle so I had to stick it out pretty unsafe experience. Other than that, the staff were friendly.

Drop off location was weird. A fuel station was the closest drop off? The owner of the shop told me to park it in around the back parking lot and leave the keys with him because there was no drop box.

The vehicle that they game me was dirty inside and out. There was an inaccuracy in the mileage. Had to wait an hour for someone to help me. Ran late on our move. Couldn’t cancel cause I would still have to pay for the rental. And when returned they tried to charge me the extra miles, from their mistake. Never going here again.
