I am literally so disappointed in my experience with uhaul. I went here for my reservation and already the man there was talking down to me for some reason that I do not know. I told him that I had a reservation for 3 pm and showed him my confirmation. He couldn’t find which he needed to give me so he immediately told me that my order was cancelled and to go to Home Depot. I asked him what do you mean if my confirmation message is on my screen? He kept repeating that I should go to Home Depot for a different truck because they didn't have one for me even though i saw a line of 4 available 10ft trucks not being used. I was about to leave until his coworker very kindly stepped in and found the reservation key number for me and then he finally gave it to me. The way the original man “helping” me was talking to me as if I was stupid was so disheartening, I’m a younger woman and it’s my first time moving and this made my situation 100 times more stressful. I finally get the truck and go use it. I bring it back earlier than i had rented it for and this man tells me i need to go fill the gas tank all the way. By the way the tank barely had any miles on it. He was demanding, rude, and talking to me as-well as my friends as if we were dumb. On top of that he charged me extra on my card and that is why ai am writing this review. I paid for extra miles as-well in case so I was already over paying. My original charges were $19.95 for the truck itself, +1.09 mile, $1.00 environmental fee, $32.70 for 30 miles( that i didn’t even use), $15 for Safemove, which comes out to $74.28 with tax.. why was my card charged $105.16??? Disgusting costumer service and behavior, will not be recommending this place to anyone, literally do not go here .
