I would have appreciated picking up and dropping off my trailer to a place 5 min from my house vs 20 min from my house. There is a UHaul location right here but could not get the trailer there.Mark K.

Overall this was the worst experience I have had to date with moving through Uhaul. When I got to the location of where I was to pick up my moving truck I was unable to do the self pickup option due to issues with the website (it happens). Therefore I went into the store to do it manually. When I got into the store however, I was treated with some of the worst experiences. I waited patiently for my turn as other customers we buying things and when it was my turn the employee had no idea what to do therefore she called the fleet operator to figure it out. Then when I went to look over my truck I noticed the utility dolly was not in there so I went back into the store to tell them. Thats when the employee through me a set of keys and told me to go look in the storage unites with a black lock for the dolly. So i went through about 7 storage units and with no success, turns out it was in a different unit. So after about an 1 hour of wasting time taking care of that I finally was able to get going only to notice the uhaul truck had about 1/4 tank leaving me to fill up before my move and guess how much fuel I would need etc taking more unnecessary time from my move.Christopher S.

There wasn't anyone to assist with the trailer. Trailer was pushed bad on a stone incline and couldn't be lifted to my hitch. Had to drag the trailer of the rocks by the chains to even get it hooked up, On top of that, this isn't the location I selected on my reservation, nor was this location open for business when I wanted to pick up the trailer. Extremely disappointing to lose 2 hours out of my day. Will definitely look for a different option next time I need to rent equipment.William H.

They forgot to give me a dolly and we didnt have time to go back and get one so we worked without one. Now we returned the truck and you are saying i stole it and trying to charge me $50 for something ill never have use for again in my life. Im a senior lady living in an efficiency apartment and i invite you to come see my small space and youll see that i dont have, nor do i need that dolly.Lisa S.

Update the trailers with cranks so you can unhitch it from the vehicle after it's loaded. Without a crank to unhitch, it's affixed until you unload the trailer. Not a good setup.Rhonda G.

The drop off location was a little hard to find. Granted it was windy and the sign was blown over. Once I found it though the lady at the store was very friendly!bobbi B.
I requested pick up from our local Uhaul place (5 min from my house) and was told that was fine. Turns out I had to drive 45 min away to get a truck, all because someone from the reservation center gave me the wrong info. I ended up having to pay for 80 miles instead of the maybe 20 I would have driven. Disappointed with customer service, but the truck made our move very easy.greg W.

have someone there that can help a customer hook up and check a trailer properly. When I picked mine up I had to hook it up and check all the lights by myself. I will not be going back to this location. The cashier that waited on me had no idea how to even find the trailer in her computer system, so it took awhile just for her to try and find it. Then she didnt even have it logged in as being at this location. In my opinion i will never go back here.SEAN S.

The equipment was clean and the truck ran well. Unfortunately the truck's cargo area wasn't water-tight. We were in snow and rain for much of the trip and water somehow leaked onto the floor and ruined the veneer on one family heirloom.JAMES D R.

the truck we rented had horrible brakes (very low) and with a full load it was extremely difficult to stop or slow down! it also tipped to the right if looking at it from behind, so while driving you had to be hold the wheel harder to keep it under control. And on turns because of the tip to the right (before we had anything in it) the ride was very difficult.Geri P.

I reserved the van online and answered many questions regarding additional products and services needed for my move. I pre-registered online the day of the move to save time while picking up the vehicle. While at the rental facility I was required to answer the same questions I had already responded to online. The efforts I used to streamline the rental procedure were rendered ineffective by repeating the same series of questions in the office.Randall C.
