The truck had not been cleaned out and had dog shit under the seats, The guy I hired to drive it had to spend an hour cleaning the cab, cleaning the box part, and topping off all the fluids in the motor. On top of that the furniture dolly I had requested was not available and he had to load my items without one. He also had a car trailer that no one helped him hook up to the truck, he said there were three people in the office and nobody came out to help, I believe this is a violation of legal standingAmy Y.

Well, uhaul rentals are always a sideline for dealers and although I was just on time to pick it up there was a guy buying a very hard to find spark plug in front of me with a pony tail long enough to tickle his butt crack and I had to see that for 15 minutes. But I must say once I got waited on the people did work very hard to get me on my way.RICHARD M.

I could not get the customer check-in app to work on my phone. The only person who did check-ins at the location had left the office, so I called uhaul to be sure my car hauler was noted as returned. They emailed the location to be sure that the system was updated that it had been returned. That was two days ago. The car hauler is still on my account. I had to download another system to my phone in order to have the location noted when I returned the truck, but if I return the car hauler at this point it will be late and cause me further charges when in fact I returned it a day early. Note: I was using Duck Duck Go the first time and had to download safari in order to get the location to work for the truck. I did that when I returned home after dropping off the car hauler and the uhaul representative that I spoke to on the 29th could see where I had tried, but it showed that I was not at the correct location to leave the car hauler. I have also left numerous voice messages at the drop-off location and they have not returned my calls.Mary E.
I have absolutely no complaints about the retailers they did a great job but I have a complaint with corporate. They change the size of my truck that I reserved three weeks prior to pick up. When it was time to pick up they gave me a different truck without letting me know that they were changing the size I then had to contact three other U-Haul places to try to find a truck that would work for me extremely disappointed in you Hall and will never use againKelly W.

Dropped trailer off outside of business hours. There was no place to park trailer on property. The gates were closed and locked. Had to park trailer in the lot next-door to business.DAMIAN D.
They need to figure out where to park equipment that is safe and available outside business hours. Currently, no such location exists.Michael M.
