I had to throw multiple containers of clothing away which was unfortunate. I appreciated how helpful the staff was and the hours were decent to get to my inside unit which was important to me.

Unfortunately my contract holds the facility not liable for any water damage, so despite this being their fault I had to eat the cost. My unit was also frequently accessed by mice, even when there wasn't any food in it, and they damaged some of my stuff as well. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend anyone store anything here that could easily be damaged, since I experienced so much damage to my things

The only constructive criticism is that the lighting could be better than the minimum it is. I have heard this from other tenants.
