First, the staff was polite, but (I think it was the owner) it was hard to understand him at times,& it seemed like they were inexperienced with the check in computer program. Probably because they do not do a lot of rentals. You walk into a dark office, but it's an auto body shop, not a fancy uhaul customer service center. If you want to enter a clean well lit room, this is not the place. If you're not picky like me, it's fine. They are there to help you, but just have a little patience. The truck was in great shape and they do make sure you have everything you need. I would also add a bigger sign to identify the location.Fred P.
