Rex CThe app is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It barely works. I couldn’t upload any photos and it took me over 30 minutes to get a key. When I tried to contact support, the wait time was over an hour. Awful experience overall, but it had nothing to do with the location. U-Haul needs an app that works if that’s the only way to rent a truck.
