Was told by representative the store was open til 5:00 PM on Saturday. When I got there nobody was there.

I have rented 2-3 trucks here and returned 3-4 trucks here. The friendly personal effort of thee owner is the stand out aspect of this location. Easy after hours returns returns is another. Even when I schedule via the app, I always have to wait to pick up at the counter. This last time I had to scan my license and check in via both the app, then the text link and website and then at the counter. This happens every time. The owner always helps iron out the technology flaws but the tech needs fixing (I am a web dev and have rented from many other Uhaul locations, this needs to be fixed.) it would make things easier for customers and easier for the owner too. Also this time the truck was brand new w 10k miles. Super nice!
BRETT BArrived to rent a trailer and was in and out very quickly. Staff were very professional and helpful. Returning the equipment was just as easy. Highly recommend this location for your U-haul needs.
