We booked our truck the day before pickup. We get there to the location and they had left a very young woman in charge but left her zero keys to get equipment. We had also rented an appliance dolly and could not get it due to no one capable being there. Our move was made much more difficult. We have still been charged for the dolly. Although the young woman was very kind and felt horrible for not being able to get the equipment, I feel it was very unprofessional to not leave her the things she would need.

LISA BFix the drop off location before I return the U-Haul truck. I left my car due a 24 hour rental. NO WAY would I come back to a different location versus the original location. I rented in Dahlonega, GA (where my vehicle was parked), yet you wanted me to return the truck to Blairsville, GA - 25 miles further away. How in the heck was I supposed to get from Blairsville back to Dahlonega to my car???? Stupid.
