Roger JDid not drop off there. There was a lot of confusion on the drop off side. Very frustrating
Randy YI was charged an after hours fee although I returned truck prior to time it was due. I have photos with date and time stamps. I contacted this location several times and when the phone was answered I was told it would be taken care of within 2-3.business days. Almost one month later, and additional calls to the offsite manger who also told me he was taking care of this two different times, I still don’t have a refund. I called the Uhaul 800# today and could hear her typing in the claim form information. It should be another 2-3 business for it to post. Super sad a local location gave such poor service.
Janell EPeople were nice but we went thru 3 trailers before we found one with working lights. I needed to get a hitch (thought we had one, fell thru) and there was no variety, supplies were extremely limited.
