Did not drop off there. There was a lot of confusion on the drop off side. Very frustrating

I was charged an after hours fee although I returned truck prior to time it was due. I have photos with date and time stamps. I contacted this location several times and when the phone was answered I was told it would be taken care of within 2-3.business days. Almost one month later, and additional calls to the offsite manger who also told me he was taking care of this two different times, I still don’t have a refund. I called the Uhaul 800# today and could hear her typing in the claim form information. It should be another 2-3 business for it to post. Super sad a local location gave such poor service.
Janell EPeople were nice but we went thru 3 trailers before we found one with working lights. I needed to get a hitch (thought we had one, fell thru) and there was no variety, supplies were extremely limited.
Carol WMaybe give them what they pay for as in the dolly and packing pads and also maybe don’t double charge people. DO BETTER.
SEAN CStaff was very friendly and helpful. As one who isn't very computer savvy, I appreciated their entering the information for me!! It made the "registration process" easy and fast. We would certainly use this U-Haul dealer again and recommend their services!!
