first off the place is dingy and cant find the entrance well. with that said my trailer was in the rear and only could get out one way. I told the guy that to narrow it will be close and he say no no go my friend you got it. I said i know i got it but im hit that curb and he said fine. I go and sure enough the back of trailer drops off curb and cracks it like I said and my truck gets bushed on side. Then he tells me drop off in same spot when im done. I drop off at about 9 ish filled up with fuel left same spot like told. then they dont check in the morning so i get charged 2 days. If that was case and i needed to check it in I should be told that. all location i pick up I drop off anytime after hours and im all good. JUST NOT THIS ONE. THEN DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE 30 PLUS CARS IN THE LOT AT NIGHT WITH IT ALL DARK, SOMTHING GOING ON INSIDE FOR SURE AFTER HOURS!!!! BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION. STILL WAITING ON REFUND TOD! NOTHING YET......

Inside trailer was dirty with mud when we got the trailer. Didn't put insurance on our rental but got charged anyway. Also when we went to pick up the trailer the 2 men did not know how to use the app. Hint the reason why we got over charged and it took 45 minutes to complete our reservation. Won't go back there again.
Rochelle MI selected the counter pickup option but the guy made me do the mobile pickup instead said I had to or I wasnt getting the truck. I had no phone so I had to go all the way back home and use wifi to confirm the pickup then all the way back...To return the truck I had to buy a phone and service just to return it cause I had to show I was at the location and take pictures..He was very slow and it costed me over an hour of my time with the truck.. was supposed to pick the truck up at 10am but didn't get it till after 1.. I was never refunded any money and I still had to return it the following day at 10am or be charged for it again..the truck was dirty also had red mud in the floor, someone's empty coca cola can, graffiti inside the storage area,chicken feathers and it smelled like chicken poop BAD...

Dennis KHave the correct contract info, have someone on site that knows how to work the uhaul system, have a truck that isn’t dangerous (the engine light came on ten minutes into the drive, the tail lights didn’t work, the ‘fuel overflow’ didnt work. Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
