The guy was very nice, but it wasn't the location I originally ordered and the truck was technically fine but a horrible ride. Tires felt bald, brakes were very hard to push and the truck sounded like it was going to stall on the idle. This might all be normal. I don't usually drive trucks.
DOROTHY PTruck needs repair. Top of truck had a gash which cause my furniture to get drenched!! Pickup location changed TWICE. And no dolly, as originally requested. The guy called me 5 minutes before my rental start time and told me the truck was not available at the location. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Worst experience.

Darryl KThe options were to check in at a Uhaul installation through an app in one location, or in person in another. I scheduled the pick up process and added a dolly for "reason" needed. Essentially, the door was shut, had to talk to a person through a mic and then through phone. Didn't have the dolly I requested, and due to the "longer" process of having to speak to someone through the phone with a new way to check in, wasted about 30 mins of my alloted time I needed to start my move. Essentially, I have had good experiences with Uhaul, but not this one.
Javier FGreat location! The corporate parking lot seemed like it might be difficult at first but was actually easy to get in to and park the truck. The owner was very friendly, quick, helpful and efficient. It made the last leg of my long distance move a success! I highly recommend!

PHILIP HMeet the owner and was a cool guy. But I must say it took me 2 hours to get my U-haul truck. Which caused me a lot of issues.
JOSHUA PDidn’t answer the front door which was locked and didn’t answer the phone. This location did not have the equipment that was on my reservation that I paid for. This made moving much more stressful than it should have been. Completely unacceptable
