There was a huge leak. All my furniture got wet, there’s no way someone was already aware of this
ABRAHAM GThe truck was dirty. The passenger seatbelt didn’t work. When you press on the brakes it acted like it didn’t want to stop. When you press the gas, it jerks.

TROY RI arrived at 5:15 AM to pick up my vehicle through mobile app. The locations GPS tracker is very far from the road in the dark in between lots of trucks. I had to speak with the U-Haul representative on the phone walking me all over the lot for 45 minutes trying to get let the tracker pick me up. I had a concession event for my business. I was making me run late due to the lack of professionalism at this lot. The seat in the U-Haul would not sit straight up I’m a short person so I had to drive at an angle the whole day. The check engine light was on in the vehicle when I returned I had to walk deep into this property again, but knowing where to go this time at least to get the GPS tracker to tap in so I could check the truck back in. I called this location several times before the day of my rental resulting no one calling me back. I went up to the location to find out what the steps would be was told. It would be very easy, but never was told you have to go very very far back into this property again that is in the dark that is on a dirt road to get the check into work. conclusion this location needs to get their GPS tracker, checked, it is not safe in the dark to be walking around the property that you don’t know where you’re going.

RANIER GGas hand didn't reflect a full tank when truck was filled and overflowed less than 1 mile away from drop off point. I rented the vehicle for 24hrs but brought it back in a 5hr time frame with only 20 miles driven and was charged $20 because they were closed 20 minutes before I returned the vehicle even though it was returned 15hrs before the return time. This company has too many loopholes in order to charge more than what you use.
CHARLES GDrop off was fine. It was hard to see the sign so we pulled up into the wrong driveway, but the drop off location agent was okay with it. He was friendly, and thorough with the inspection and welcomed us back to the area (we are currently in the process of relocating)

AUGUSTA PI asked to pick my equipment at 8am. I did not receive my moving truck till 11am. I asked to pick up the vehicle at a uhaul center but I was sent to a grocery store in the hood. I have used uhaul all my life and this by far is the worst experience I ever ever experienced with you all.

CARLOS YWhen I arrived, the guy in the office was on a personal phone call. The person he was on the phone with was on speaker phone. They were dropping the f word repeatedly and I had my 5 yr old grandson. He made no acknowledgement of me coming in. Instead, he continued his conversation. I stood there, without so much as an I’ll be right with you for 10 min. At that time a second customer came in. He then said, looks like I have to go I have two customers and the phone is ringing (business phone). After ending his personal call, he then answered the business phone still not acknowledging me at all. Another gentleman who was way more helpful came in and asked if he could help me. 30 minutes wasted on the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed. Will never be back at that location again!!!!

STEVEN MAdditional charges added to my invoice of $122 without my knowledge. When I asked about it I was informed I had to pay additional for renting on a weekend. Should have been told about the higher price at delivery. In addition I was also attacked by a dog on the property when I arrived at 8:30 am on Saturday morning. Overall bad experience at this location.

MATTHEW TI had to go about 200 miles round trip and was concerned with the truck having almost 130k miles. Drove great with no issues there and back. Truck was the cleanest inside of any uhaul rental I have done. Pads were in a plastic bag and looked brand new. Highly recommend using D Bassett Roofing again.
