The gentelman at the front desk was the sweetest most patient and helpful person I could have dealt with. I never had a reservation nor room on my credit card to book for more than 100km. I never got his name but I am forever greatful for his kindness and patients.

Office was dirty, staff was not very welcoming, no parking for customers, vehicle was dirty and very noisy, it took 10 liters of gas for 26kms and I find that very bad milage.

Well there was an extra charge added to my contract after I returned the van, it was a fuel charge. I did re-fuel and returned the van, so not sure why this fuel charge was added on later ? So if someone can look into this & get back to me it would be highly appreciated.

Truck was very dirty, steering wheel was sticky and nasty. I hated being inside of the truck. I reserved moving blankets, a dolly and other moving materials and none of them were in the truck so I had to complete my entire move without any of the items. Best part of all is that i was charged for all of these items on my final invoice.

The Uhaul experience over the phone was sub-par, and did not make the correct changes to my reservation. Eddie at D Drive in Markham worked through all of this, and was fantastic to deal with. Thank you Eddie!

I was charged an extra 10 miles in addition to what I actually used. I took pictures of the dash on pickup and drop off and the final bill came in stating 10 miles more then what my pictures show. Can I get the difference back please?

The idea of bringing the vehicle back with the same fuel level as it has when I take it is over complicated for no reason. Why not have them full and bring them back full. The vehicle I got had 1/4 and I was asked to bring it back with a 1/4. How am I supposed to have any idea how much gas I need to put in to get to a 1/4? That is ridiculous.

Better customer service needed at this location. We had a reservation booked for 1030am on August 15, 2019 and arrived on time. We waited almost an hour due to system problems and this is not the first time this has happened. The van was supposed to be returned around the same time today. We received a phone call at 844am asking us to return it by 930am as there was another reservation booked. We explained we had it until 1030am as per the contract and they asked if we could do them a favour and return it early. We reluctantly agreed although this was a huge inconvenience and we will be going elsewhere next time because of this.

Need to work on your computer system failures. Had to wait 1hr before was able to pick up vehicle due to computer shutdown. Not the best situation when people are on timelines.

The lot is very tight and very hard to get in and out of. The truck was dirty in the back, oil spill all over the place and I still took the truck because I had to go. I reported the oil spill upon dropping off the truck and Uhaul charged me a cleaning fee when it had nothing to do with me!! I had to put boxes at the bottom of the floor in order to move my stuff and because I was humble enough to report the truck as dirty, I ended up picking up the cleaning fee! I will be calling to dispute the charges.

The people at the location were very nice. The cab of the van was dusty and smelled of smoke. There was garbage in the glove box. It was a great rental, and it would have been terrific if it had been clean.
