James DThe app. The pickup was very glitchy. I would click next, it would take me back to first page. I would have to keep trying and eventually it let me move on. Very frustrating. Also the picture of fuel and odemetr wouldn't work. Says my phones location setting wouldn't allow it allthough I went in and verified all Uhaul app permissions.
Josh GI went to big splash car wash in Lacombe there was a trailer dropped off there 8x5 I rented the lights didn’t work the pigtail was corroded dmc came out right away they had 8x5 ready to go switched out trailers but considering how long it took at that branch big splash to get all the personal details and info over a trailer built in 91 lol that might have a net worth of 3k on a good day seemed really excessive all the stuff just thought give them your drivers license credit card call it a day sorta thing instead of being bombarded with question after question how many days is it town out pay it get on with life but seemed I was there over a hr between the paper work and I know you have to do it for legal reasons you know it’s a 30 year old u haul it’s paid for itself many times over and then some over the 30 year span just my opinion the prices are great and will use u again if I need a trailer in the future for anything cuz at end of the day price of ownership of one costs significantly more 25 bucks a month in maintenance and upkeep owning it tires wheel bearing lights etc very good value in my opinion

Paul TThey gave me a 15’ truck with 3 cylinders misfiring, told me if anything happened it was fine because that’s what I got insurance for. The box of the truck took on so much water in the rain it wrecked my mattress and a bunch of other stuff as well, will never rent a uhaul again.
Connor JThey were very helpful had a sized hit pin and they lent me the tools to cut it off and directed me to the nearest store to get a replacement pin.
CHAD HIf it wasn't for the lady at the location asking what we were picking up we would have gotten the wrong trailer. Uhaul doesn't tell you the opening on the utility trailer is smaller. She said it happens to often good thing she had a car hauler.

Zamain LLots to choose from decent price and friendly understanding staff and would refer anyone to these guys and I would go back to them if I ever need ti use a u haul again

richard lThe staff were polite and helpful The truck had a loose connection at the battery I stopped on the route. The vehicle would not start when I got back in to continue my trip. I popped the hood, thinking that a boost was required. I noticed the loose terminal and tightened the terminal post with a pair of pliers and the vehicle restarted. The passenger side mirror also loose
