Nothing at this location, but the one on South Scales Stree needs to have someone that's going to stay on the job and answer their pohe and be open to the public at all times ,they are to old to run a business I would not advise anyone to go there for anything! I had scheduled pickup at another location because the app showed that they were open on Sundays. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know an was told that they were closed and I couldn't pay cash. I was very upset about it because the furniture had to moved that day and I didn't have the money in my account, I only had cash. Thankfully I was transferred to the lady who owns Dag On Country Store and she told me that she would meet me there as soon as she dropped her family off at church. She was so nice and didn't act like she was bothered at all even though she had to go out of her way and be late for church. I will definitely use this location for any future uhaul needs I may have. I truly appreciated her taking the time to make my day much better!!Mark P.

Uhaul needs to be looked at, had to call roadside assistance. And ask if I felt safe to drive it back from where I picked it up, I did just that. Even though it shakes, jerks. Service could've been better, hope you guys make it right!dawn W.

The location was wonderful. It's the Uhaul corporation that needs improvement. They confirmed our 1st reservation multiple times but never provided the truck, gave many excuses, then canceled our reservation via email without ever talking to us. Went out of state to rent truck at an outstanding local business but person returning the truck we were to get did not return until he was threatened with police action. The delay caused more work for us. Uhaul does all this confirming when they have no way to enforce and no capacity to make any promises. Even the regional manager was incompetent! He sent us to multiple businesses to get the appliance dolly he confirmed on our reservation. All of those businesses had already told him they had none but he ignored them.Kimberlee A.

I placed my reservation a little over two weeks prior to the date of pickup. The day before my pick-up they sent me an email stating the pick-up location and time had changed. Instead of picking up at 8 like I requested, they changed the time to 10. I called and the representative stated the store opened at 7 am so picking up the truck at 8 was no problem. I arrived at the store at 8 and no one was there. I called the number listed with no answer. I spent the next 20 minutes on the phone with a U-Haul representative trying to find another location with an available truck. Finally after 20 minutes the owner of the store showed up. I already paid for the rental the day before but before giving me the keys the guy said I owed additional money. I had to call U-haul again to find out what was going on and they could not give a reason for the additional charges but finally agreed to waive them. All of this put me an hour behind before we even got started.MICHAEL M.

I was sent around to 4 different locations last minute trying to get my uhaul. I had to drive 45 minute away to another town last minute just to get the uhaul I needed. The fact my original reservation was canceled after the pick up time was infuriating, but then having to go play uhaul tag, going from locations to locations was ridiculous. The place I finally picked up was nice and friendly though.Blake H.

The location people were great! But Uhail sucks! I would not recommend them. I had to rent a U-Haul twice because they did not have my size truck. I am very upset about my U-Haul experience. But again the location people were awesome and I would recommend location just not U-Haul!!BRENDA M.
