Adrian CUsing the app was very difficult. I had put in a different location because they were going to be open and was moved to this location because of what equipment was available. The location was not open and the app was difficult to use in the hot bright sun. It took 4 tries before it excepted my picture.

jose vVehicle was not clean at all. Gas was not full when I picked up the vehicle. That makes no since at all. Wasted time having to go get gas!! I picked it up at gas station!!

Dennie MMake sure when u all assign a drop off some WILL be there to accept it. Was uncomfortable just dropping it off at a business where no one was available to confirm.
Mark PTwo of four tires required inflation. Left rear had forty psi and right rear had ten psi.

Michael GThe equipment was clean and ran good but the A/C did not work and it sounded like it had an exhaust leak. This is the first time I have had any problem with the equipment at D&M automotive they are always friendly and treat their customers with respect so I will always go back to them for any car repairs and Uhaul rentals
Donald RCheck the condition of the brakes on the truck. The brakes were squeaking. At one point that began smoking going down a hill due to the condition.

MADISON HEasiest pick up ever! However when I returned the truck I could not figure out how to mark as returned.
