My truck was not equipped with blankets, dolly and appliance dolly that were ordered. Uhaul team was able to remedy this, but it did cause a lot of extra time, and a trip to another town to get the needed equipment.

I don't know. I was told something along the lines of, if I keep it under 10 miles i was only going to be charged $74 or something. I underestimated how long I would need the truck, so I get there being some kind of late fee. But almost $200 more for a couple days later is a bit much. I had 2 full loads of stuff and when I didn't think I'd need 1. And Im a single parent of 3 kids, and no help from anybody raising them or watching so I can just like I got no help filling 26 ft truck, but I'd be shocked if I went over 10 miles Roundtrip 229 Sunset Dr. Vinita, OK to 216 Haner Ave Vinita, OK and back. And like I said, I could be wrong but it felt like less than 10 miles and as long as I kept it under we that my bill wouldn't go over $100. And when I called the guy to touch base with him, and reassure him I was sweating my ass off trying to get the truck back, I'd hate to think he was laughing at my situation or laughing like I was full of shit and lying or something but I definitely was not. I raise my 3 asd adhd kids by myself without help, just like I spent all my spare time since Monday loading and unloading, even going so far as pulling a couple of damn near all nighters. If it wasnt already the worst moving experiences of my life, I paid a guy $300 to help me and he ripped me off. If your late fees or whatever they are are so outrageous that you're going to charge more than $170+ extra, it'd be cool of that lfhe were expressly st

You guys really screwed up calling me 2 weeks after the u-haul was returned, wanting to know when I was going to return it Very poor management.I will think twice before using your company again.

I think I went to wrong U-Haul place for drop off, but I couldn’t find the other one. Not sure why. It was dark at night. The one I went to my GPS to me there. Being new to here I wasn’t sure where I was going. But overall it all went well!

I could tell where the office was and the owner seem to busy to take care of me. I guess when your running a auto repair busy you should not be taking on to much. Also the gas tank was not full.

Big hassle to check in to pick up truck. No lighting to be able to see what you are doing. Would not recommend!!!

Great experience. Truck was brand new and could still smell the paint! Would however recommend that U-haul look more into the chevy chassis for large trucks. They have a much better turning radius, and smoother ride. Which is a great benefit for people who have to back 26' trucks into driveways in small neighborhoods or tight corners. (I have had both, and Chevy Chassis is def a better option for turning and ride) But loved the new ford.

They were kinda slow on getting the truck rented to us, then just said the key is under the seat and sent us on our way. The truck is a little over a half a block away from the office.

I paid $100 cash deposit for the rental from Joplin Ok and returned it to Vinita Ok and in Joplin they told me I would get the deposit back from where Uhaul. I still have not received the check in the mail. My brother passed away and I had to place his household in a storage near my Grandma in Big Cabin. I live in Tulsa. I'm super frustrated because months later I still haven't received it.

Disorganized. Place was fairly grungy. Cigarette smoking in office. Not someplace I'd have been comfortable with my wife being seen, alone.

The owners were rude, they sent us to hook up our trailer by ourselves and then didn’t check to see if it was properly hooked up. They asked us to come back in 30 minutes because they were eating lunch. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just put their lunch up for 5 min to assist a customer but If you ask me that’s terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location.

This facility was also a tire, auto repair shop and a wrecker service. While I can't brag on the cleanliness and organization of the place, at least the people knew what they were doing and did it well and efficiently.

Upon returning the vehicle, there was no deposit paid. On the trip to Leavenworth, ks from Vinita, ok a few months ago it cost half of what it did to come from Leavenworth, ks to Vinita, ok and there was even a deposit that was returned. I doubt I will be using uhaul for any more of my moving needs.

We arrived just before noon. They were not available to assist us. Drop off was not what we expected. We had to call uhaul for explanations and assistance.
