Dropping off the trailer the facility seemed to be a salvage yard so cleanliness wasn’t a big deal. The help was rude and when I asked about a refund on having a trailer for only one day, the guy said it is what it is when I wanted a receipt. He said it was sent to you email. I did not receive a email for the receipt. And I requested that he print one he finally did after. I stood there for five minutes and they told me just put the trailer out there anywhere did not help did not point me in the right direction very unprofessional.
