How U-Haul Reviews WorkDropping off the trailer the facility seemed to be a salvage yard so cleanliness wasn’t a big deal. The help was rude and when I asked about a refund on having a trailer for only one day, the guy said it is what it is when I wanted a receipt. He said it was sent to you email. I did not receive a email for the receipt. And I requested that he print one he finally did after. I stood there for five minutes and they told me just put the trailer out there anywhere did not help did not point me in the right direction very unprofessional.

Billy BAt first glance it looked good. However, when I picked it up the fuel was almost empty. I barely made it to the gas station. When driving I hit a rain storm and found out the wipers didn’t work.
