This was the second location a UHaul rep sent me to. The first was even worse. Niether had any storage space to put the trailer. You should have someone visit these mom & pop locations. I will drive across town if needed to find a location with a yard to pick up or deliver a trailer of truck to.

This was the location I chose when I reserved online because it was the closest to my end location. I arrived to drop off the trailer saturday afternoon (2/5/22) around 4 pm. The representative was washing his car when I approached him and stated I was dropping off a trailer. He asked if I could back the trailer into the fenced area in back. I stated I was not that good (the opening was not very wide and there was a car parked nearby). He said to just disconnect the trailer as close to the gate as I could and he would take care of it. I decided to circle the block and pulled into the trailer area as far as I could, disconnected the trailer, and pushed it with the other trailers. Then pulled my van out. I asked the representative if I needed to Sign any form? He stated he woulg check the trailer in and I would receive an e-mail receipt. You can imagine my surprise and dismay when I received a phone call on monday asking why I had not returned the trailer, where it was, and that I may be liable for late fees and/or recovery fees.

Let the customer choose where the drop off location will be. This location was not in a good area and was 30 minutes from the destination.

The employee that was there was alone and in training. Although very pleasant, didn't know the process of giving me my rental. He had to FaceTime the manager who walked him through it. I was the only customer and it took about an hour.

They never opened. I had to leave it unsecured I was on hold with uhal for 30 minutes and the agent transferred be right back into the que. I had to make a decision to just leave it unselected and go it took an hour. It's listed as being open at 8 at almost 10 it was still closed

I know it wasn't the guys fault that I was charged for a extra day but he said whenever he go on his end , it will charge me ,, rep on the phone said I wasn't going to be getting charge Bc I drop it off at night ,, but a few hours later I had to call to get the extra day charge , plus y'all need to get y'all gas thing correct,, when I got the truck it was almost on E,, before I drop the truck off I put gas in it ,, and also gas when I picked it up .. they was trying to charge me for gas $30 when it's not even $30 worth of gas in the truck whenever I picked it up hahaha

It was a very scary neighborhood, it was not clear that it actually was a UHaul. It was sketchy at best. The young man that helped me unhook was very nice and very helpful. It was just a shady situation.

i arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 10:40am. They were late and then the trailer had a lock on it and the reason was because it was full with someones furniture. At 10;30 the missing lock key magically appeared and the trailer was unlocked.
