I was given an incorrect address for this location. The address in the system was incorrect preventing me from being able to do mobile pick up. I was late on usual schedule and had to call a representative for help. We drove around and found the uhaul a different location not associated to the address. The padlock on the uhaul was broken and extremely difficult to open.
ALIVIA BStaff was friendly and helpful no improvement suggestions needed. Check out was fast and easy.
