The location was supposed to open at 9am. No one arrived until 9:30am. Also, they did not have a utility dolly or blankets as I had reserved. Why reserve accessories if they aren't going to be available?THURSTON F.

The drop box for keys needs to be labeled better or a sign saying where it is and they reallh need a lot forbtrucks to be returned. I had to leave it on the grass right outside the main lot.Jeffery M.

The truck had red clay all on the cab floor board which I ended up getting charged a cleaning fee when I dropped off the truck. The back had not been swept out and the moving blankets were dirty.Michael A.

The pickup location was crap however, Ted with Computer Essentials 1280 Eatonton Rd, Madison, Ga 30650 was extremely helpful in finding it for me. I had reserved a truck at a different location and somehow they allowed the previous renter to extend his rental past the day I was supposed to pick it up. I called around and Ted didn't have one at his location but with an amazing display of customer service he was able to find one for me. Thank you Ted. Five stars for you friend. I will gladly recommend HIS store location to anyone.Daniel B.

Indicate where the lock box is and install a light there. The owner/operator was very helpful with my after-hour pickup via phone but without his help, it would have been hard to find the box. However, he was very willing to help and patient, so I rated the experience as above-average due to him and his assistance.William T.
I have three sons in college. We have been renting U Haul trailers for years. I have been contacted multiple times over the past few years about not returning trailers which I always do according to my rental agreement. I now take photographs of the equipment when I leave it because the likelihood is high that I will be contacted. On the 7th of October I was contacted about returning a trailer that I rented almost 2 months ago to the junkiest location where I have ever left your equipment. Your system of acknowledging equipment returns needs major improvement.Brent W.

After picking up the truck I noticed something was wrong, it was shaking when I accelerated to 40mph. I called uhaul immediately and reported it, and they sent someone to inspect. It was about 8:30-9pm before someone could come out. I wasn't sure if I needed to use another truck so I could load it that night anymore which threw a wrench in our plans. The inspector stated on the record that the tires were out of balance. Uhaul rep asked me to take it to a shop and get it balanced, but there were no shops open on Sunday. I rode 280 miles to my destination shaking up and down. No compensation was offered to me.Chris W.

The Automated system was a complete failure. It kept telling me I was at the wrong GPS location even though I was in front of the Truck. The Garage owner could not get the U-haul system to work either. After 30 minutes of us trying and me being late for my movers (who were paid HOURLY) we finally got it rented. Very Frustrating. The business owner was very helpful and accommodating he really tried to help.Michael S.

The location is a little hard to locate even with GPS. Different location apps take you to the wrong location or can't find the specific location. Daniels can't do anything about that... The location is an auto repair shop, so you don't get a corporate style of experience when renting. The individual that meet me at the location was very nice and helpful.James S.
