Very poor representation for a uhaul dealer. Charged me for fuel when I have a receipt proofing I put fuel in. Charged me for safe move when didn't want it. Swore at me and hung upNATHAN W.

Very professional. Very helpful. The dropoff location (which I told the pickup location about) helped me to clean up UHaul's issue with the contract change made 1 hour AFTER it was signed and I had left for Espanola. He said it made no sense for me to have to go out of my way to Littlecurrent when I was at my destination in Espanola.Colleen F.

What Uhaul can do is GIVE all the information TO THE STORE that I had to fill in advance - stop wasting my time and the vendor's by making me put in all my information just to get me to the store and he has to enter it all anyway!!!!!!!SHERRI R.

Only book units you have available. Calling 2 days before a move to tell me my enclosed trailer was not available was unacceptable. Dan went out of his way to help after but we had to settle for an open trailer and it rained! Uhaul needs to find a better way to ensure people get what they request from the get go! Kudos to Dan's but uhaul you need a better system!Allison A.

My initial booking was online. I was not pleased with that service at all. My confirmation was sent back to me with a much smaller truck than I ordered and for a way shorter time. No explanation. It was very stressful. My experience in person with the staff at mt local location, Dan's Towing in Espanola was much better.Karen M.

I am very disappointed and discouraged from using U haul again. I had to drive an hour and a half away from my location to pick up my truck and was told there were no other trucks available any size around my location. When I had a friend book a U haul for the same destination there was 3 available trucks around my location. The person on the phone kept talking over me and kept talking to her co workers when I asked questions. Eventually I got fed up, said thank you and hung up.adam B.

If the customer is picking up as a self serve have them use the internet to complete their pickup because the app doesn't work for this location the cell service is not strong enough it wasn't for me on the night of my pickup thanks for the patience of the rep and the supervisor that help us that night and our apologies to them for our rudenessDenis T.

The young gentleman that helped us was very informative, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We felt welcomed by this young man. He explained to us everything in detail and reminded us to fuel.up to keep it at the exact fuel level. I give this location 10 ??Alain B.

Have a system in place that will allow for rentals to happen even if the computer system is not working for whatever reason. Also, my rental was booked for the 26th and the only reason that I was picking it up on the 25th was because the rental depot was not open on the 26th. I should have only been charged for 1 day rental upon returning it on the morning of the 27th. This was not the case when I returned the truck to Garson. Upon voicing my concern, I was slightly satisfied when told that I would be charged 16.95 for insurance for the extra day. I don't believe that I should have been charged even that small amount.Brian C.
