Selling a home and finding a new one is stressful enough in itself. We found it was doubled when after having booked our u-haul one month before our closing date of October 1st, we received a call from your call centre a week before, advising us that a 26ft might not be available in our area until mid-November and we might have to drive 4-6 hours to go pick one up. Finally after much anticipated wait, we finally received the call that we had to go pick one up only one hour away. Nonetheless I think your system needs major improvement to honour reservations so the customer is not left hanging and stressing like that.
