The owner made me feel uncomfortable. He was not a nice person. The inside was dirty. The signal lights and break lights stopped working. My suv had a catastrophic failure and I was forced to find an alternative way home. It was a stressful situation and the gentleman at this location made it more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. I have used uhaul many times. As a company I highly recommend it. Just not this particular location.

ALTA CThe unit was very dirty. My white shoes got filthy on the drive from all the dirt in the foot area.
Rob PThere was only a quarter tank gas in the unit and when mentioned we were told theres nothing he could do about that.
melanie SThe guy told me it was at 3/8 for fuel it was at 1/4 i have pictures showing so. Also the truck i have was pulling really hard to the right and when i told the guy he didn’t seem to concerned also have a video of it trying to pull me into on coming traffic.
