The truck was absolutely covered in lovebugs and dirt, other than that it worked.

I rented a uhaul at 10:30’in the morning. Returned it before 1pm. While Picking up the gas was below the 1/4 tank it was supposed to be at and the back was pretty dirty (random boxes and unswept). I did one round trip that was about 10 miles. Put gas in before drop off and left it at 1/4 tank as I was supposed to. I took pictures of the gauge before pickup and at drop off, but yet I was charged $55 for gas! I called Ace where I rented it and was told there’s nothing they could do I had to call uhaul…Called uhaul multiple times with no reply! What a scam. I have proof I put gas in! I will not be dropping the issue because I refuse to let them scam me!

I was charged for 2 days instead of one , I had the truck from 12:30pm to 4:50pm and drove 15 miles, I returned the truck with more gas then when I took it. I was billed for $115.00 , the rep said there was nothing she could do about it , I returned the next day and was told I had to call the district manager to help solve my problem, I called him and he gave a refund for the 2nd day and a insurance that I declined originally.... Austin was courteous and very helpful but I shouldn't have to do all that for a problem that should have been resolved from the start .....

They were not rude, but it was clear U Haul was just side gig, truck was damaged on every side, piece of fender missing, floor had shredded paper and a few AA batteries, ordered dozen blankets, got 6 thrown in pile, no furniture dolly as ordered
