Make sure additional equipment is well maintained. I did not receive the requested supplies. Dolly was not correct. I received two appliance Dollies instead of one appliance dolly and one regular dolly, I was told that was all they had. Additionally I requested a dozen furniture pads and learned once packing that only six were in the bag.

The truck was absolutely covered in lovebugs and dirt, other than that it worked.
kyle sI rented a uhaul at 10:30’in the morning. Returned it before 1pm. While Picking up the gas was below the 1/4 tank it was supposed to be at and the back was pretty dirty (random boxes and unswept). I did one round trip that was about 10 miles. Put gas in before drop off and left it at 1/4 tank as I was supposed to. I took pictures of the gauge before pickup and at drop off, but yet I was charged $55 for gas! I called Ace where I rented it and was told there’s nothing they could do I had to call uhaul…Called uhaul multiple times with no reply! What a scam. I have proof I put gas in! I will not be dropping the issue because I refuse to let them scam me!
LISA RI was charged for 2 days instead of one , I had the truck from 12:30pm to 4:50pm and drove 15 miles, I returned the truck with more gas then when I took it. I was billed for $115.00 , the rep said there was nothing she could do about it , I returned the next day and was told I had to call the district manager to help solve my problem, I called him and he gave a refund for the 2nd day and a insurance that I declined originally.... Austin was courteous and very helpful but I shouldn't have to do all that for a problem that should have been resolved from the start .....
Michael CThey were not rude, but it was clear U Haul was just side gig, truck was damaged on every side, piece of fender missing, floor had shredded paper and a few AA batteries, ordered dozen blankets, got 6 thrown in pile, no furniture dolly as ordered
