I rented a cargo van and went back to tell the associate Tia the van was dirty instead of her just giving me a clean van which it was one beside it seems in better condition she say give me a minute I clean it. At that point I should not have to wait on a clean van it should have been clean upon last rental. So I asked for a refund and she stated ok. She rather lose revenue instead of satisfying a customer poor customer service

There was a typo on the receipt causing an 80 mile charge when it should have been 20 and I was charged for an EXTRA DAY because the employee was rushing me out and would not review the receipt with me. Told me to call customer service. Unprofessional.
