Needed to rent a handtruck but they werent “set up” yet. There was a typo on the receipt causing an 80 mile charge when it should have been 20 and I was charged for an EXTRA DAY because the employee was rushing me out and would not review the receipt with me. Told me to call customer service. Unprofessional.

Derrick CI got charged for wrongful drop off and I had said I was going to drop off somewhere else and I also attempted to be quoted for 180 miles . I called management and there was no help. I have previously use U-Haul for my a lot of different reasons this is way too much money I’m being charged when I had told the associate I was going to drop off in Port Saint Lucie.
